Responsibilities
Confidentiality First: Ensure the utmost confidentiality of all information.
Data Input: Enter customer and account data accurately and efficiently from source documents into digital spreadsheets within specified time frames.
Data Management: Compile, verify accuracy, and prioritize information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Quality Assurance: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any issues, and perform thorough checks to ensure accuracy.
Research: Obtain additional information for incomplete documents, contributing to data completeness.
Technological Proficiency: Apply data program techniques and procedures with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting: Generate reports, store completed work securely, and perform necessary backup operations.
Document Handling: Scan documents and print files as needed.
Requirements
Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
Typing Proficiency: Basic knowledge of touch typing system and database management tools.
Accuracy: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately with a keen attention to detail.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify and rectify data inconsistencies.
Experience: Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.
