We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Entry Coordinator to support our Patient Access (PA) department. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our data capture efforts, ensuring accurate and timely entry of critical information. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide financial programs, such as Urgent Need and Patient Aid, to those in need.
Duties And Responsibilities
Champion the accurate and timely entry of new contacts, accounts, and service members for recipients of Patient Access Financial programs.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Quality Improvement, and Data Management to maintain data quality and adherence to protocols.
Employ your keen eye for detail to review data meticulously and conduct data-cleaning operations, ensuring the integrity of our reporting.
Be a driving force in large-scale data cleanup initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining the accuracy of our records.
Embrace the opportunity to contribute to additional Salesforce data entry tasks as needed.
As a valuable team player, be prepared to take on other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
A background in a relevant health-related or social science discipline.
1-3 years of experience in a non-profit and/or healthcare delivery setting, demonstrating your commitment to making a positive impact on others’ lives.
Proficiency in data platforms and experience with data entry and review, ensuring meticulous attention to data accuracy.
