The Accounts Payable Processo r is responsible for providing end to end support for the Shared Services Accounts Payable / Procure to pay process. Your additional responsibilities include data entry of PO invoices into an electronic matching system for both 2-way and 3-way matching for GDIT, GDMS, and GDC. The selected candidate will handle correspondence from suppliers, co-workers and other GD employees, inquiring on payment information, exception handling and resolution.

• Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
• Posting financial transactions using Oracle
• Receiving and recording vendor invoices
• Entering debits and credits accurately
• Producing a variety of ad hoc reports
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 plus years of accounts payable experience
