Gale Healthcare Solutions Looking for Credentialing & Scheduling Manager at Remote Full Time

Summary

The Credentialing & Scheduling Manager is instrumental in assisting in the continued growth of the Acute Care Division in helping nurses and clinicians through the credentialing, onboarding, and scheduling processes and ensuring candidates are properly recorded into worksite portals.

Essential Functions

• Deliver per diem and travel nurse candidates to client facilities daily, by matching staff experience and qualifications, assuring credential and compliance standards are met to meet or exceed hospital/health care regulations and needs. 50%

• Assists with recruiting, and collaborates with market managers, sales teams, deployment teams, credentialing specialists, hospital staffing personnel, multiple VMS account managers, and clinical directors to maximize placements and develop excellent customer satisfaction and client penetration. 25%

• Increase staff retention and satisfaction through the development of strong and meaningful relationships with nursing staff and clients, by serving as the primary contact person for assigned customers and nursing staff; troubleshooting issues, counseling, and problem-solving when necessary. 15$

• Manage compliance of healthcare professionals’ credentials to meet The Joint Commission Standards and compliance of nurses’ credentials on an ongoing basis. 5%

• Manage special projects as assigned and manage deliverables on time to meet team goals and established KPI’s 5%

Requirements

• Travel: Up to 25%

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant/transferable years of work experience

• Experience:

• Healthcare staffing/travel experience preferred;

• Knowledge and experience with regulatory compliance, Joint Commission standards preferred;

• Knowledge of VMS and MSP systems and practices preferred;

• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred

• Other:

• Sitting for long periods of time.

• Computer work, data entry, filing.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
