We are looking for a Broker-In-Charge (Remote) in the state of Kansas.
The Homeowner Benefit Program has taken off with thousands of homeowners joining across the country.
Our client is looking to bring the same concept and value we provide to our clients in Kansas.
As Broker-In-Charge you will help us launch the Homeowner Benefit Program in the state and manage agent performance.
You have the opportunity to utilize this same program to earn income and generate future listings.
With a base salary, a high split for personal transactions the income potential is great.
We charge no fees and offer health and other benefits after 90 days employment.
Responsibilities:
BIC for a growing firm Review and answer questions on the Homeowner Benefit and Real Estate Transactions Interact with multiple departments Report cross-functionally to sales managers, trainers, HR, Senior Management
Qualifications:
3
years of residential real estate experience At least 2 years of BIC experience Management of sales agents Active Kansas Broker License Compensation:
$50,000 -$60,000 Base High Commission Split – 90% Can do HBAs at $500/agreement Owe no fees The company covers association dues The company covers E&O Insurance
