The Director of IT sets, implements and maintains all information technology strategies, network, applications; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions for the company.
This role will provide systems and infrastructure oversight of all technical operations to achieve goals, eliminate security risks and increase employee satisfaction.
This role will interface closely with the CFO and other leaders to bring on-line new systems and technologies to expand and further improve our capabilities.
Working Relationshipso This role reports to the CFO and manages and mentors the IT Techniciano This role manages relationships and oversees quality and quantity of work by IT vendors or contractorso This role interfaces with leaders across the organization regarding reporting needs, IT recommendations, business process design and business process improvements Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInformation Technologyo Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologieso Ensure minimal system downtime, accurate sync of data across various IT platforms/systems, and timely data/system reporting to key organizational stakeholders.
o Develop annual IT budgets, monitoring performance against budget and continually seeking operating efficiency and cost savingso Accomplish information technology departmental objectives by communicating expectations; planning, monitoring; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedureso Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projectso Oversee installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications; Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systemso Provide on-going IT support to C-level:
network, internet, phone, email, printers, workstations, scanners and other related equipmento Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmento Oversee order of supplies, computers, hardware, software and related equipment to ensure full functionally of equipment across the organization; Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implementedo Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centero Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structureso Leads or participate in other assigned projectsPosition Requirements o Degree in Computer Science, analytics, engineering or relevant field from an accredited college or university o Minimum of six years in IT support; at least one of leadership experience is strongly desired o Two or more years experiences with process documentation/process improvement or setting up strategic organizational processes o In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks; Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with server & RLAN infrastructure o Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mac, PC, and Android systems o Intermediate to advanced knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles o Certification as IT Technician is a plus (e.

CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) o Advanced experience with set-up and user knowledge of Azure AD (Microsoft Office Suite) required o Experience with Salesforce software requiredCompetencies for Success o Leadership:
