Responsibilities:
The Operations team is vital to our organization’s mission and growth.
This role will provide assistance with a multitude of projects that will enhance the Operations team’s success, such as:
Participate in and contribute to internal and/or external projects to gather, understand, and document comprehensive requirements, project goals, workflows, complex business needs, gaps, and opportunities.

Write clear and concise requirements ensuring that requirement statements are complete, concise, feasible, and verifiable.
Analyze and interpret business and client requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the development implementation teams.
.
Collaborate across technical and business teams to define project scope Identify key risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact development projects Coordinate with the internal testing team to identify key test cases and success criteria Identify gaps in current products or solutions and participate in creating new solutions to fill these gaps Interpret business challenges, identify trends, and recommend best practices Solve difficult problems as needed by proposing insightful, knowledgeable, and effective solutions Verify that implemented solutions meet the business requirements Identify and articulate the need for change and assess the impact of the change Required
Qualifications:
Bachelors (4 years) degree in an IT-related or business field.

years of related work experience.

Desired Experience & Skills Strong written, verbal, and communication skills with the demonstrative ability to work with all levels of an organization Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Very strong attention to detail Experience working in a team-based agile development environment Ability to work on diverse projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent project management and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to work efficiently in a results-oriented environment Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus Additional Details:
This is an on-site, full-time, salaried position.
