Business Professional Finance Manager (AP) Job Description Specific responsibilities include :
Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
Complete processing of payments to vendors and customers related to Marketing activities for Retail organizations
Analyze actual operating results and interpret data and presents results to management
Respond to budget related requests for financial data
Submit executive and system financial requests
Responsible for reconciling all financial results
Research payment reconciliation issues that arise from audits, exception reports or remittance changes
Generate required reporting to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances
Reconcile vendor submissions against reporting to ensure timely and accurate payment
Responsible for finance / reporting, financial data analytics
Deliver reporting and analytics to a variety of key business stakeholders, utilizing appropriate data to effectively create actionable spending plans
Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.
Background & Competencies Required :
Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5+ years of directly related experience is required; Masters Degree a strong plus
Prior experience in travel and expense management, accounts payable, third party labor / field force management, Carrier and product go-to-market a plus
Experience utilizing SAP R / 3 software or similar soft software a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
Independent thinking self-starter whos developed strong working partnerships in global corporations (multi-lingual Korean a plus)
Must demonstrate excellent professional communication skills through clearly written, concise and comprehensive documentation
Advanced ability to work well with team members and DTC leadership, respectful of all positions at all levels, as well as complete tasks independently and professionally
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
