*The Account care Manager’s* primary job function is to be a customer advocate throughout the project management process while demonstrating clear communication with the ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
Reports to the Director of Customer Care

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and Support Clients’ changes, adds, outages, questions, and concerns.
• Look for opportunities to gain CCP customers through escalations and internal and external leads
• Transparency- creating and reinforcing accountability
• Train and develop client skills and Coordinate their needed support
• Manage high risk/ large volume customers as their ACM
• Manage escalations and invoice discrepancies with assigned Customer Care Package Clients.
• Quarterly Performance reviews for assigned clients’ services.

Skills: Ability to communicate at the moment accurately, multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate deep-level listening. Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis with the customer. Manage a team of Account Care Managers through weekly customer updates, biannual customer reviews, and quarterly employee reviews. The delegation, time management, interpersonal and relationship builder, planning and strategy, and problem-solving. Updating processes then sharing and implementing them for the team

Requirements:

• Call Center Experience
• Account Care Manager experience
• 5+ yrs of Customer Service experience

The position does offer a commission structure after training is complete.

Pay rate DOE:

• $18.00 to $22.00
