The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
Management of the Finance staff, accounts payable function, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead financial meetings
Ensures financial processes, administration, and financial management.
Deliver reports and metrics to leadership.
Maintains QuickBooks accounting system.
Accounts Payable functions.
Processes payments.
Prepares bank deposits.
Complete bank reconciliations.
Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Monitors study aging reports and sponsor follow-up.
Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Maintains Clinical Trial Management System.
Prepare 1099 list.
Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion.
Reviews financially archived studies.
Supervises finance employees.
Approves Timesheets.
Conducts Performance Reviews.
