BASIC FUNCTION: Develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This position will offer our customers ease of access at every digital touchpoint. Ensure that our customers can explore our products, easily retrieve the precise information they need, and generate online price quotes, regardless of their application or business needs. Your work with SEO and analytics will increase our understanding of the customer’s journey. Work with marketing team to revamp website with the goal of improving customer’s experience deepening customer engagement and increasing lead generation.. Evaluate new eCommunication standards and technologies based on customer engagement and recommend changes as needed. Guide the infrastructure to track, fine-tune, and optimize digital communication initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Webmaster).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Must present a professional appearance and demeanor in dealing with the general public.
Ability to plan, organize, and schedule priorities efficiently and effectively is required.
Ability and willingness to take additional training as needed/required.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
