Fotronic Corporation Hiring for E-Commerce Content Specialist Job at Woburn, MA Full Time

Fotronic Corporation, DBA “Test Equipment Depot”, is a distributor of electronic test equipment and supplies. Our National and International accounts include small to large businesses, military and government agencies, and universities.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our e-commerce team in our Woburn, MA office. As a Content Coordinator, you will use your expertise with HTML/CSS to create, edit, and enhance product-related content and the user experience on our e-commerce website.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance supplier product information into user-friendly and SEO-optimized website content for e-commerce shopping pages
• Design and create static web page content for informative product displays and promotional pages
• Collaborate with data, graphic, and marketing teams to ensure the up-to-date and most accurate completion of brand product information and website content
• Ensure e-commerce product content and specifications are available and ready for new product launches
• Maintain product categorization and product attributes in our Product Information Management database (Akeneo)
• Create HTML emails (Mailchimp) to support marketing
• Upload updates to website content pages to our e-commerce shopping platform (Adobe Commerce – Magento)
• Participate in quality review of existing web page content, images, and design for accuracy and consistency
• Maintain knowledge of developments and trends in web design and development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating HTML/CSS website content pages
• Formal education or equivalent professional experience in Web Design, Development or Ecommece Product Presentation

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or other image-editing applications
• Knowledge of elements of dynamic web product pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Understanding of principles of SEO
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
