The Responsibilities
In charge of the OneStream system administration.
Execute application maintenance and minor enhancements.
Manage release management, governance, and standard reporting.
Provide end-user support, training, and support for change management.
Manage user security, controls, and compliance.
Support the implementation of additional applications in OneStream.
Develop reports and dashboards to fulfill the reporting and analysis needs of the finance teammates using OneStream and Power BI.
Ensure adequate data management, including metadata, dimensions, and data collections.
Validate and reconcile data from different systems to support new implementation or month-end close accuracy.
Execute key deliverables at different levels to support the system development life cycle, including user requirements, future state design, testing, and rolling out. Support adequate change management for each project implementation, including a comprehensive communication and training plan.
Identify business improvement opportunities and partner with global process owners to prioritize and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
Minimum 7 years of related business experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and financial planning cycles.
Prior experience with financial Consolidation and Planning applications; OneStream and/or SAP BPC experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage workloads, and high adaptability required to coordinate and work across multiple organizations, processes, and initiatives.
SAP ERP systems (preferably some S/4 HANA exposure) experience and comfortable accessing data from related data warehouse technologies, preferred.
Prior experience with Business Intelligence Dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI preferred.
Must be customer-focused and demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
