Responsibilities:
Manage tracking monthly Global Real Estate Capital Forecast.
Manage the 3 Year Capital Planning cycle as well as the ability to create presentations depicting consolidated view for Total Company.
Assist in the management of the Global Capital Authorization Request process. This would include assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the CAR models (store & non-store) as well as the CAR model database
Run PeopleSoft Financial queries to update databases.
Prepare performance reporting that gives actual results of capital projects versus budgeted; ROIC analyses.
Create, maintain and use various databases (Access and PeopleSoft).
Ad hoc assignments; ability to prioritize and time manage when required to perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications:
Finance or Accounting Bachelor degree or equivalent from a college or university.
4+ years minimum of financial analysis skills required.
Highly proficient in Excell skills and some basic Access skills, ability to write macros and VBAs codes.
Proficient in PowerPoint and developing presentations.
Ability to work with fellow employees.
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience presenting to all levels of management.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret all forms of communication.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
Ability to make decisions involving considerable ingenuity, initiative and judgment.
Ability to plan and perform a sequence of processes where recognized methods are available and to constructively take initiative to proceed to conclusions.

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $85000 – $110000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
