The ideal Account Manager/Wholesale Account Manager we are hiring has experience with financial account management within a wholesale/commercial loan company, with sales-oriented experience and a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. (required)
Open to an Account Manager or Sr. Account Manger. annual descressionary bonus available.
The office is located in Alphretta. Training is 100% on location at the office. Hybrid work schedule after that, 3 days in the office/2 days remote.
Position Summary: The Account Manager works closely with the Portfolio Manager to oversee all operational aspects associated with a portfolio of revolving commercial loans, including a segment of problematic accounts. Involves frequent interaction with manufacturers, dealers and the Company’s sales and credit teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to draft customer facing emails/correspondence on a regular basis and reports as needed. Ability to effectively communicate via telephone as well as in a customer facing opportunity.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office required, specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
