PAY: $26 per hour DOE. We offer medical, dental and life insurance. 401K is offered after 180 days of continuous employment. 2 weeks paid vacation time. We are a great company to stay with and grow with – could be a “forever home” for the right candidate.
HOURS: Full time 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break.

WHAT WE NEED: A trustworthy assistant for our bookkeeper. Someone familiar with ethical money matters, who is highly organized and excels in a fast paced environment.
PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES WE SEEK: Team player mentality, able to make wise decisions, works fast and accurately, can effectively research diverse topics and solve problems, can admit mistakes and does not try to cover them up.
DETAILED TASK LIST and REQUIREMENTS:
Filing!
Update QuickBooks.
10-Key and knowledge of Excel.
Check the mail and take action where necessary – smart sense of urgency.
Open the checks and apply to payments.
Apply wire payments.
Review timecards on ADP and other timecard systems.
Ensure all employees are updated on harassment training and other compliance issues.
Make sure waivers are signed for payroll where necessary.
Check for penalty pay, for things like short lunches, late lunches, missed 2nd meal, etc.
Deposit checks using our check scanner.
Take our checks to the bank for deposit.
Mail payments.
Follow up with accounts receivable.
Update the customer terms sheet.
Deal with chargebacks.
Assist our accountant with other tasks they need help with.
Other miscellaneous tasks for the CEO to fill the time.
