Role Overview
As Equity Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stock administration of our employee equity programs, including equity grants, RSU grants and releases, stock option exercises, and more. You will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR teams to answer employee inquiries, implement and improve processes, implement controls and provide reporting as needed. You will also work directly with external and internal auditors and third-party vendors. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
