Finance Shared Services – Billing Analyst I

What you will do :

• Operates as an internal subject matter expert and resource to others both within and outside the immediate work group for assigned Fiserv billing functions.
• Manage new client billing set up as well as client renewals.
• Review and analyze client contracts for proper billing; work cross-functionally to ensure client is billed as expected.
• Perform invoice analysis and variance research.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Interacting with clients and other internal stakeholders on all questions concerning invoicing and problem resolution.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

• Bachelors Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1 year experience in Accounting, Billing Bookkeeping, Finance, Treasury, Banking, or Data Analytics.
• Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Windows applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good aptitude with numbers and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.

What would be great to have :

• Prior experience with large ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Peoplesoft is a plus.
• Ability to act as a liaison with Clients and other departments, divisions, and organizations.
• Ability to use strong analytic skills to solve problems and make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines.
• Strong situational and time management capabilities in high pressure situations.
• Aptitude with Accounting / Bookkeeping.
• Ability to conceptualize innovative approaches to modernize processes.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
