3.0 Quick Apply Full-time 12 hours ago Full Job Description Account Manager / Inside Sales Due to continued growth, Fischer Paper Products is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will present Fischer’s products, services, and values to current and prospective customers to expand business relationships and grow sales. This will include managing current accounts, vetting of incoming sales leads, and prospecting the acquisition of new accounts. Essential functions include: Develop and maintain relationships with house account customers and distribution partners Receive incoming calls from distribution and broker sales representatives, discuss potential solutions and coordinate next steps, such as quoting Consult with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements Utilize Fischer’s CRM system to track opportunities, sales calls, quotes and other sales related tasks Occasional travel to trade shows and/or customer visits Will report to the Sales Director, with whom you will collaborate to increase sales and customer satisfaction Fischer Paper Products is a family-owned company with more than three generations of experience in manufacturing and supplying high-quality, food-safe paper products. Essential Qualifications 5-10 years previous experience in customer facing role in the food service or similar industry (account management, inside sales, high level customer service. etc.) Bachelor’s or Associates degree in marketing, sales, or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and previous experience with Salesforce or similar database program Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills Quick Apply
