Role Summary:
Our next Assistant Retail Operations Manager will identify areas of improvement with regards to workflow processes and policies/procedures. You will assist frontline Retail team members with servicing, audits, and reviews of new memberships. You will assist with operational training needs and provide guidance to the retail management team. Additionally, you will monitor, coach, and help to develop branch support staff, and works closely with management to ensure quality standards. Moreover, you will specialize in branch audits and oversee enhancements and augmentations to improve the member experience for internal and external members. You will make frequent branch visits to ensure proper frontline workflows and to ensure an elite member experience is maintained.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. The ideal candidate will also have some college coursework and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. With at least two years of experience operating in a Retail Operations type capacity at a full-service financial institution.

The minimum and maximum annualized base salary range for this position is $62,400.00 to $91,364.89
in California. The target annualized starting base salary is between $62,400.00 and $76,137.41

The starting base salary within the range will depend on a variety of factors that may include relevant prior experience and/or education, or skills and expertise.
