Summary: Horizon 360 system is an IBM Cognos Analytics report authoring tool used to build reports ranging from simple to sophisticated. The application is driven by a Microsoft 2016 SQL Server database. . The position of Fidelity Horizon-360 Administrator is responsible for writing advanced queries, providing bank user support, maintaining users and groups, monitoring data imports, as well as applying Fidelity release updates. Position requires the ability to analyze requests from end users and provide reliable and scalable reporting solutions. . Essential Functions: Author new reports/dashboards to meet needs of bank associates base on incoming request. (Requires critical thinking and communication skills) Maintain existing reports and report schedules. . Handles initial Horizon-360 support calls for Report Studio and Dashboards. Provides direct user support or determines if vendor help is needed. . If vendor support is warranted, submits a support request to FIS. Tracks/follows up on all outstanding support issues until a resolution is found. . Apply and maintain all FIS software releases and updates. Responsible for administration activities regarding H360 users/groups in coordination with the IS Level III Technician. . Maintain all system documentation for queries and administration procedures. Daily management of data imports from the FIS core system or other sources. . Manage server resources. Completes annual compliance courses. . Adheres specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Also adheres to Federal and State regulations and laws; including, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. . Adheres to all levels of our Service Excellence standards. Performs other duties as required. . GENERAL Qualifications: Knowledge & Experience: These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. Post high school degree from an accredited institution preferred or, at a minimum, a high school diploma with proven experience in the data analytics or financial field. SQL knowledge and skills desirable, but not required. . Experience in developing reports/dashboards for end users Intermediate knowledge of Bank operations and other Bank operational policies and procedures. Intermediate skills in data analytics Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products. . Must be able to create pivot tables, graphs and charts using Microsoft Excel. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct personnel. . Excellent organizational and time management skills – ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent critical thinking skills Physical Demands/Work Environment: Vision, hearing, speech, dexterity, visual concentration. A valid driver’s license is required. . Must have the ability to stand, walk, sit and use hands and fingers.
