As a guide for implementation, ensuring that a client’s business administration requirements and current process are documented will lead to successful offboarding of existing systems and onboarding to FINSYNC. You will discover customer needs, emerge as an expert advisor, demo product capabilities, and guide prospects through product onboarding and training.
What We Are Looking For In a Candidate:
Manage a pipeline of active implementations, each with a unique set of tasks to accomplish
Demonstrate subject matter expertise and utilize business, payroll and accounting knowledge to help customers make good decisions and adopt beneficial methodologies
Be a team player! We win together and commit to bringing a collaborative attitude to the table everyday
Work closely with the sales, product and marketing teams to provide actionable feedback on the product, customer needs and potential clients to target
Partner with our operations team to address and resolve any implementation issues a customer may be facing during the setup phase
Ability to support routine customer calls in early evening (Eastern Time Zone) in support of customers in other US time zones
What you will bring along:
3+ years of practical, hands-on experience in a payroll-processing or business consultation environment (such as an accounting firm)
3+ years of Customer Success experience
Proven track record of pipeline management, with an emphasis on efficiencies and constant improvement
Proven success in the SMB space
A servant’s heart approach to phone, video, email and other communications
Attention to detail and strong task management skills
