Overview:
As a part of the Customer Success team, we are looking for an energetic, yet self-motivated Account Manager with inside sales experience, strong task management and interpersonal skills to help us engage our clients and create awareness around the FinFit platform. You will excel at onboarding new clients by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the processes and deliver solutions to existing client. You will set our customers up for success and forge meaningful relationships by driving home the value proposition of FinFit for both the employer and their employees. Your focus within the team will be to provide our new customers guidance on program specifics, best practices and providing them with the resources they need to be successful. This is a remote position and employee can be located anywhere in the US.
