Finance Manager. ing Manager. Accounting Systems Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large, publicly traded, international Manufacturing organization in Milwaukee, WI to hire a strong Finance Manager with manufacturing operations accounting workflow and systems experience.
Candidates must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Large manufacturing organization experience
- Experience with a large ERP such as SAP. Experience with systems implementations, upgrades, workflow, project management, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills. Strong experience working with, manipulating, analyzing, and ing on large data sets
- Strong communication skills and a love of working with the field and plant leadership as well as accounting and finance leadership.
This role is a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Milwaukee, WI. Strong base salary, annual bonus, great benefits, 401k match, PTO, etc. Fantastic, stable employer.
