Job Description

Volt is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

• Oversee the company’s finance and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial analysis.
• Prepare in-depth monthly, quarterly, and annual ing reviews of consolidated financial statements for internal and external ing purposes.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of financial accounting and ing systems to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal accounting controls to ensure assets are secure and financial ing is accurate.
• Supervise and motivate assigned staff, including planning and establishing goals and objectives, evaluating training and development plans, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing feedback.
• Manage all aspects of the month-end close process, including ensuring all intercompany transactions are posted and balanced with other entities.
• Prepare and review month-end reconciliations.
• Lead finance initiatives, including the implementation of internal controls, capital expenditures process, and contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Provide daily ing on shipments and orders, submit monthly forecasts for shipments/revenue, cash collections, P&L, and working capital, and prepare analyses for management on key financial performance measurements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong analytical background and results-driven approach.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with enterprise ing systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, negotiation and influencing skills, team orientation, and strong systems skills and knowledge.

Compensation

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year.
