The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) works closely with an assigned Mortgage Loan Officer(s) (MLO) and operational staff to manage the MLO’s pipeline effectively. The LOA is responsible for customer interaction, database management, and setting up loan packages. The LOA analyzes the loan to ensure that loan qualifications are done in conjunction with regulatory, agency and internal guidelines. The LOA provides close support in all marketing efforts for the assigned MLO; including but not limited to; lead follow-up, market presentation support and liaising with company marketing team.

Sitting for several hours, wrist twisting, fine motor manipulations, must hear quiet conversation. Must be flexible and versatile and able to work under stressful conditions with accurate results and meet deadlines. Have good organizational skills and communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively with internal and external personnel. Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
