The AM Finance Team collaborates with a variety of partners including senior management, central finance, and the strategy team to drive initiatives across Asset Management. This role will focus on providing financial support and analysis for the Institutional Client Group Distribution Organization.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage several priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent training; MBA or advance degree a plus
7+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record of in financial modeling and analysis
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

Provide superior and insightful analysis to enable Asset Management Leaders to make sound, well informed decisions
Proactive partnership and communication with Institutional Distribution team and finance partners
Synthesizing data, analyses, and conclusions into presentation form for senior management
Support of Institutional pricing including fee schedule requests, RFP support and deal pricing
Owner of ICG Pipeline Analytics
Lead planning process for Assets and Flows for ICG team as well as across Fidelity through distribution partners
Perform ad-hoc assignments and analyses as required
