The Role
The Chapter Leader, Client Solutions Business (CSB) is a role that combines deep product development & management skills, knowledge of customers and financial products, and technology expertise, with a passion for coaching and developing our associates! CSB has multiple leadership roles available due to significant business growth that will support the Emerging Products & Segments and Wealth Management domains.
Within an agile structure, the CSB Chapter Leader directly manages a team of chapter members, who work within squads to deliver product development and business analysis capabilities. The Chapter Leader supports team members with the growth and development of their knowledge, ensuring alignment on the “how” of the work they perform. In addition, the Chapter Leader acts as a trusted business leader and consultant to the Product Area Leader and Squad Leaders on critical cross-product area business challenges and opportunities. They also provide leadership on high-impact cross-CSB strategic initiatives such as hiring, talent management, and building out new strategic skill areas. There are multiple roles available and the candidate will be hired at Director or VP level, depending on skills. #CSB
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required: MBA preferred
- 12- 15+ years professional experience with 5-10 years Financial Services experience, especially in areas such as wealth management, managed accounts, FinTech and Robo Advisors, acquisition marketing, or retirement/workplace savings.
- FINRA licenses such as Series 7 and 24 a plus but not required
- Leadership and management experience in fast-paced environments ensuring the “how” the work is performed by chapter members is aligned with established road maps and guardrails
- Consistent track record of coaching individuals to deliver business results and reach their maximum growth potential, and championing continuous learning
- Define learning curriculum to support the further development of the expertise and skills needed to maintain PI’s competitive advantage
- Collaborating with squad leaders to track performance and refine skills of chapter members
- History of evaluating hard and soft data, collaborating with executive partners, developing and implementing strategies, initiatives, and solutions to drive positive associate, customer, and business outcomes
- Knowledge of, and curiosity about, current and evolving consumer experiences in order to partner with Product area and squad leaders to coordinate skills development and to set standards, developments, and innovations
- Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations
- Relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate and break down silos, especially across our Personal and Workplace Investing groups
- Work across Fidelity to share knowledge and expertise with other chapters, guilds, domains and other partners
- Agile knowledge and experience preferred; skills development work experience a major plus

The Client Solutions Business Chapter Area is part of the PI Emerging Products & Segments Domain. CSB supports multiple business areas including the Wealth Management, Emerging Products & Segments, Digital Assets, and One Stop Life Shop. Our work advances all aspects of the customer and product lifecycle to deliver customer outcomes and business results.
