FHIA Remodeling is hiring Field Marketing Lead for our Outside Marketing Department in Jacksonville, FL, base salary of $15.00 hourly plus uncapped bonus based on your personal and team performance. Responsibilities:
Florida’s #1 remodeling company is looking for Field Marketing Lead to be the face of FHIA in the Jacksonville area!
This position is for you if:
- You have canvass experience and know what it takes to be successful
- You have the desire to coach and mentor others
- You are able to inspire and motivate a team
- You have a strong sense of ambition and self-discipline
- You deem success by reaching your goals and can impart that attitude to others
- You are positive, energetic and upbeat
You have the ability to work some nights and most weekends
In this role you get to:
- Serve as the leader of a marketing team whose goal is to set free in-home estimates with homeowners
- Oversee the training and performance of a team, while meeting personal, team, and department goals
- While this is not a sales position, you will teach your team to overcome objections and develop rapport with prospective customers
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure you and your team are compliant with departmental policies and procedures
