Feeling Good Psychotherapy, is a thriving psychotherapy group practice and is currently looking to hire for a Manager’s position. The role is full- time and must be a LCSW licensed in either NY, CT, or NJ. We specialize in helping children, adolescents and adults overcome panic, social anxiety, worry, OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, and addictions using state-of-the-art evidence-based therapy. We also focus on providing advanced CBT training and support to our clinicians in the mental health community. This position is currently remote with an opportunity to resume in person sessions in our White Plains office location.
The ideal candidate is an experienced therapist with training in CBT and/or DBT. This therapist’s role would include providing weekly clinical supervision to unlicensed therapists at the practice, having a caseload of therapy clients, assisting with hiring, interviews, and recruiting, as well as other managerial duties involving intake and assessment. This candidate is expected to stay on top of the latest research and evidence-based methods through our training program, to master the TEAM-CBT framework. We are looking for candidates who would like to develop a career with Feeling Good Psychotherapy and who is excited about providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy.
