FCP Euro Looking for Reconciliation Specialist at United States Full Time

FCP Euro is looking for an experienced Reconciliation Specialist to manage the accuracy of inbound inventory flow at our West Coast facility in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume transaction reconciliations that ensure completeness. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of supporting documents that produce efficiency and accuracy for daily inventory flow. A successful candidate will deliver accuracy, consistency and long-term process improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize all supporting shipment documents to our Arizona facility
• Review all supporting shipment files that ensure accuracy for our Arizona facility
• Communicate with both internal and external parties on all inaccuracies identified
• Organize all supporting documentation for payment process reconciliation procedures
• Communicate internally for all discrepancies identified with a payment processor

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing relationships with external auditors and other financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Compensation

• $60,000 to $80,000 base salary, with a total compensation opportunity of $67,000 to $90,000 annually.

This position may be full-time remote however, maintaining a mountain-time work schedule and quarterly travel to AZ is required.
