About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our Accounting team located at our headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. The selected candidate will assess and analyze financial activities. In addition, as our Treasury Analyst, you will be required to prepare cash forecasts, analyze and interpret financial data, implement effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms, and assist in the development of cash management strategies. This person would be an integral part of the Accounting team. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day cash position reporting
- Review / Report on daily cash reconciliations
- Assist with bank/investor treasury reporting requirements
- Prepare and analyze capital project forecasts & models
- Prepare regular financial reports including cash budgets/forecasts, supply chain performance, capital projects reviews, and loss claims reports
- Oversee insurance claims and risk mitigation analysis
- Assist with the implementation of financial policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a financial analyst
- Experience with financial management systems
- Excellent MS Excel skills as well as proficiency in Power BI (or comparable database and business intelligence platforms)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial and mathematic abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities

Target Hiring Range: $80,000- $85,000 and is dependent upon employee work location and experience.
