Finance Manager – Facilities, Culinary, & Security Responsibilities:
Partner with both Finance and real estate partners to develop and align key performance metrics that drive business growth, highlighting both risks and opportunities
Work cross-functionally with FP&A teams across the company, HR, Recruiting, and Workplace Planning to understand & communicate real estate demand planning over the long-range horizon
Drive financial processes through tooling implementation and improvements primarily working with large data sets
Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing financial reporting deliverables and explaining trends & drivers
Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes (partnering with IT, Finance, Accounting, FC&S Analytics and Operations teams)
Support the building of operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range strategic plans for headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
Develop executive-level presentations, excel models and ad-hoc analyses for the business
Own, maintain and enhance consolidated financial models (multiple billion dollars in CapEx and OpEx)
Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
Drive management and Board business and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
Experience with P&L analysis and understanding of GAAP and both operating vs capital expenditures
Experience creating financial & operational models effective reporting & dashboard skills, working with large datasets (both structured & unstructured)
Experience building data-driven analyses and synthesizing into both insights and recommendations
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion Essbase
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of finance analysis experience in financial planning, management consulting, and/or corporate strategy
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning
