Our Quantitative Finance & Economics team is part of the Transactions and Corporate Finance practice. We advise our clients on the economics and valuation of complex financial securities through the application of sophisticated techniques in the areas of corporate finance, data & economic analysis, and financial engineering. Our work spans different disciplines in the capital markets, including equities, fixed income, credit, derivatives, and the structured products markets. The opportunity
As a member of our national team, you’ll work on a broad variety of financial instruments and perform analyses for many purposes including assisting clients with their corporate finance strategy, M&A transactions, and regulatory reporting, to name a few. You’ll be working in an intensive learning environment in which you will be a key team member developing new solutions and models, performing research and analyses, raising issues and challenging assumptions.
