Minimizes downtime and maximizes utility for employees to ensure we have the technology we need to achieve our goals and execute our initiatives on a day-to-day basis. Takes a proactive approach to ensure the department is answering the IT needs of today while planning for those in the future. This position has room to grow and develop outside of general IT help desk duties, remote capabilities up to 1 day a week.
