We are seeking an inspiring leader as the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Finance. This role requires a highly inventive individual with strong business judgment, analytical skills, execution drive, as well as high emotional intelligence and self-motivation. You will partner across the company – with finance, facilities, procurement, brand leads and creatives with an ultimate goal of creative excellence across everything the team does.
What you’ll do
Organize, motivate and lead senior leaders from across Global Marketing and our internal partners to ensure business rhythms and operations run perfectly.
Collaborate with the brand and trading teams around budget forecasting, work with central Finance team for forecast validation and provide quarterly tracking systems to report on progress.
Partner with the SVP of Global Brand and Creative Operations around staffing, talent and org structure.
Set Global Marketing up for success when it comes to the tools and processes we use and build in pursuit of a flawless creative process. Lead and continuously optimize operational activities and processes.
Build and own the Project Management function.
Coordinate and own the development of a diverse and high-quality delivery team of business operations specialists across the division.
Draw on your knowledge of operations, challenges, and strategic objectives to evaluate solutions and provide advice, mentor and support regarding potential opportunities and risks.
Envision and drive programmatic efforts that amplify culture, work, and values to build open trusting environments where diverse viewpoints, opinions, and approaches and candid conversations and critiques can happen.
You will identify and expose insights and indicators of organization, product, and workforce health.
Who you are:
You have prior experience in senior level program / product management role or in a chief of staff role for a senior executive.
Experienced working with stakeholders from across multiple subject areas to prioritize and mitigate issues.
You have strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details
Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills. Establishes credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical partners at all levels of the organization up to Senior Executives
Adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization
Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Thrives on identification of key processes to gain efficiencies, scale and actively simplifies complexity
Mentor’s others on what to measure and how to measure it
