Senior Sourcing Manager
Our Global Procurement Team is looking for that person who understands strategic sourcing with developing pipelines, understanding data, and initiating sourcing processes.
Someone who will own the External Labor category by establishing strategic vision for the area, and implementing changes to transform the state of the category from reactive / transactional to proactive / strategic.

What youll do :
Builds and implements category strategies in alignment with EGs external workforce strategy and business priorities, with a focus on external labor solutions, managed capacity / services, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and management consulting
Develops strong partnerships with business partners including Legal, Biz-ops, Finance and eTalent, supporting planning, prioritization, and execution of sourcing initiative
Manages moderate to complex global sourcing initiatives, across a matrixed organization, incorporating cross-functional teams at key stages of the process
Conducts internal needs assessment, market analysis, technology assessment and benchmarking
Executes RFX, contract negotiations and implementation of deals into the live environment through partnership with operations / eTalent teams
Utilizes various methods and techniques to analyze spend, explore business plans and establish project pipelines with clear roadmap to transform the maturity or the spend area
Guides and transfers knowledge with internal customers and stakeholders, promoting a shared vision, training on the end-to-end Source2Pay process and established an early engagement model with procurement
Ambassador for change who is comfortable taking decisions, demonstrates agility and focuses on business partnering with a continuous improvement mindset
Communicates effectively and frequently, listens carefully, and actively seeks and values the perspectives of others
Supports a 360 approach to procurement, partnering across categories, sub-functions and COE, ensuring compliance standards and business continuity are included as part of the day-to-day activities
Tracks and presents progress and results to senior leadership including regular reporting / statistics and tracking
Who you are :
Bachelors or Master’s in business or finance or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Strong understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing practices
Competent computer skills – specifically Microsoft suite
Strong analytical (Excel advanced), process and collaboration skills to solve business problems
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills
Proven results as an effective team leader and builder with strong skills in mentoring / coaching
Ability to drive and meet deadlines under pressure
Stays organized and focused in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
Comfortable working with all levels / departments and with interdepartmental project teams
Demonstrate ability to build successful professional relationships with the flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles
A customer-service focused attitude and a demonstrated willingness to consider different approaches to Expedia Groups procurement needs
8+ years of Procurement experience, preferably including deep exposure to multiple types of services, with a global portfolio and multiple divisions within a company
3+ years managing teams in a customer service environment demonstrating great people skills and strong leadership experience

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.
00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individuals knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
