KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
monitor all expenses.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and yield management efforts and timely adjust company strategy where necessary.
Motivate, lead, and manage team members in a high pressure and busy environment.
Uphold company standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection.
Oversee purchasing and payroll submissions for the company.
