Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for proactively meeting with clients
Be primary point of contact for site hosts post-implementation
Establish a renewal forecast and coordinate SaaS renewals
Identify and act upon “at-risk” accounts to ensure retention
Deliver all consulting obligations associated with the Optimize (premium) offering (e.g., pricing consultation, quarterly client reviews, etc.)
Review utilization and upsell current accounts (incremental stations and premium SaaS offerings)
Help with training, retraining of client staff to promote system enablement
Additional Responsibilities:
Identify and engage key decision makers at corporate level
Annual review (cross functional: Exec sponsor, Product, PMO, etc.) and QBRs to define growth areas
Resource utilization
Funding opportunities
Engaging the broader organization
Advocate for key customer internally, be Single Point Of Contact within EV Connect
Actively map locations in organization and have a champion within each
Requirements:
Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
