Director of Finance (AS00812P) – College of Medicine
Department of Finance and Administration:

Responsible to the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration. Assist in the College of Medicine budget management and development; budget preparation and submission to ETSU Board of Trustees and TBR. Assist in the planning and development of the state appropriations request and submission to ETSU Board of Trustees and TBR; preparation of detailed presentations on financial position and allocation of resources; provide information and support for the development and continued review of revenue and expenditures for state, grant and foundation funds; interpreting and applying policies and procedures; develop of spreadsheets and analyze data for various projects; development and submission of the LCME annual report to the AAMC; provide guidance and direction to departments relative to budget issues to ensure expenditures remain within budget allocations; provide consultation on purchasing policies and procedures; maintain open communications with ETSU offices; demonstrate professionalism; perform other duties as assigned.
