Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related area of study
3-5 years of marketing experience including digital tools and sales enablement
Experience with Client Marketing Cloud / Client Email Studio
Experience with basic HTML (i.e., creating tables, links, and bolding) is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve results by proactively engaging with people across functions and leading without authority
Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects
Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail
Ability to work independently and multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks with competing deadlines
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics
Job Duties:
As an Email Marketing Specialist with Client Email Studio experience, you will be responsible for creating and executing email and SMS marketing communications strategies for the agriculture business.
You will work collaboratively with internal business units to implement an email marketing plan that supports overall business objectives, including an ongoing lead nurture program to generate marketing-qualified leads for sales.
Additionally, you lead the implementation of Client Marketing Cloud.
You will also manage the current marketing lead database and be responsible for deployment process documentation and post deployment tracking.
Serve as a super user for Client Marketing Cloud to create and execute cohesive email and SMS campaigns, in partnership with Marketing and Communications, to support overall marketing communications plans, including ongoing lead nurture programs to establish marketing-qualified leads for sales.
Your strong background in marketing analytics will enable you to establish KPIs and derive and present monthly ongoing reporting of insights from analytics, including those from media partners, to determine overall ROI.
You will also complete quality assurance checks and provide actionable campaign optimization insights throughout campaigns.
Ensuring ongoing development of customer and prospects profiles and subscriber lists within the marketing database/automation platform, you will optimize customer profile marketing activities.
Successfully working as a team player, you will partner with Marketing and Communications to fine-tune lead generation (via events, paid media, etc.) to continually improve the quality of leads for marketing communications efforts.
You will also collaborate and contribute ideas at planning meetings.
As the administrator of Client, you will work with internal IT and Adobe IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support integrations with other platforms including Cvent and Adobe Experience Manager.
