we are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team to support the talent acquisition needs of a respected Oil & Energy client. As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a sound Asset Management Strategy, ensuring efficient utilization of assets while supporting your assigned department and working collaboratively with other asset management professionals. Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and monitor Asset management plans, policies, and procedures
- Develop and track asset performance metrics
- Manage all aspects of asset lifecycle such as acquisition, utilization, and maintenance
- Oversee the condition of all assets to ensure maximum efficiency and no unplanned downtime
- Ensure that asset management strategy complies with corporate guidelines and standards
- Analyze asset data and provide recommendations to optimize asset performance
- Resolve any issues pertaining to the improper use of assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in asset management
- Understanding of the Asset Management Standards, Guidelines, and Frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to create and implement policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Oil & Energy industry preferred
