Director of Account Services Role Summary
The Director of Account Services is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing all aspects of the account service activities of the agency. Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, participating in business development activities, ensuring account efficiency and profitability, as well as hiring, training and developing our account services team.
This role has the benefits of a flexible schedule with days in office and optional work at home days.
