Assist with Midland Division operations accounting. Record drilling and construction overhead, cost allocations, and equipment billing. Assist with accruals, AFE analysis, account analysis, joint venture audits, and other aspects of division operations accounting. Work with accounts payable assistants on use of proper account coding and billing decks. Special projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED is required. Individuals working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar business degree program with a minimum of 18 hours of accounting preferred. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work affectively with others in the organization and demonstrated analytical ability. Proficient knowledge of Windows, Excel, Access and Word. Knowledge of AS/400 system a plus.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
