Analysis of financial and operational reports
Assist with year-end accounting activities and tax preparation
Assist with special projects as needed
Assist on all financial aspects, including developing and driving financial forecasts and analyzing the organization’s revenue and costs Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements to management team Identify operational risk factors that may impact performance of the organization and present key business insights and recommendations
Manage account payables and receivables activities Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget Overseeing inventory management and profitability Qualifications: Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
Advanced Excel skills 2-3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
Be able to handle sensitive and/or confidential information with honesty and integrity Excellent documentation skills Critical thinking, problem solving, and determination

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with inventory is preferred
