Manager Skills/ Responsibilities
· Schedule and conduct customer visits
· Provide immediate response to customer and employee inquiries
· Assure subordinates meet all safety, quality and budgetary goals
· Assure completion and compliance with the company’s quality program
· Assure compliance with all OSHA, MIOSHA and other government agencies regarding the safe work operations
· Assist recruiter with interviewing, hiring and processing of on-boarding activities
Job Qualifications
· 3 years of management experience
· Proficient in a variety of software applications
· Ability to work with frequently changing priorities
· Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality and tact
· Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills
· Must possess strong problem solving skills
