Entegee Hiring for Financial Reporting Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of external financial statements, footnotes and MD&A for SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and more, in compliance with GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all required SEC financial statements and other SEC filings, including close coordination with our legal team, and others as necessary.
• Lead the effort to provide detailed tie-outs of financial statements internally and externally (e.g. external auditors) including compliance with SOX and internal controls
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including the cash flow statement, weighted average shares outstanding and EPS computations.
• Assistance in the research of accounting issues revolving around SEC reporting in order to ensure proper compliance with SEC and GAAP rules in our filings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and an active CPA
• 8+ years of SEC reporting experience – predominately at large, multi-national public companies
• 8+ years of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• 8+ years of accounting experience, Big Four a plus, or a mix of public accounting and industry SEC Reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Experience with Workiva
• Advanced Excel skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $62.00 per hour
