Location: Bensalem, PA

The Position:

The Financial Analystwill be responsible for developing financial and operational reporting to monitor business performance, track KPI’s and identify operational issues that need to be addressed. 

Responsibilities:

• Pulling and analyzing data for monthly transaction reporting.
• Creating monthly subscriber revenue analysis (Month over Month, Year over Year, Actual vs. Plan, etc…)
• Pulling and analyzing data for monthly listings reporting.
• Calculating key performance indicators and setting benchmarks for operational performance  
• Compiling, analyzing, and consolidating KPI and Financial metrics for senior management’s monthly review meetings. 
• Understanding various commission plans and calculating monthly commissions payments for our various levels of employees within our sales team
• Managing the corporate contract rebate programs, ensuring vendor discounts and rebates are being tracked. 
• Developing and distributing other month-end reports as deemed necessary.
• Assisting Sales with developing value-added reports to analyze key areas of their business.
• Providing analytical support for requests from management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years’ experience working in Finance
• Experience with managing, manipulating and reconciling large amount of data
• Ability to work well with all levels of management
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Knowledge of Excel data manipulation skills (including advanced functions, pivot tables, filtering)
• Knowledge of Access & SQL a plus
