Position Overview: As the Controller with NetSuite experience, you will be a crucial part of our finance department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and leveraging NetSuite to drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Streamline financial processes by optimizing the use of NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals.
- Continuously assess and improve internal controls and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior finance role.
- Extensive experience working with NetSuite
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
