Customer Support Manager

Position Summary
Embodied is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead, help grow and establish best practices for our expanding CS department.
You would be a great fit if you are obsessed about making customers happy, are empathetic to customer’s frustrations and needs, have a keen interest in emerging technologies that can help children, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you are a natural team leader with strong communication skills and excel at using data to deliver conclusions and drive actions.
